How often do you collect and deliver?
Collection and delivery are free, with a 24–48 hour turnaround. Collection days are agreed with each site.
Which areas do you cover?
All of the UK. Our laundries are in Port Talbot, Kenfig and Telford, and we collect from and deliver to hotels across the country.
How do we set up a contract for several hotels?
Start with a free laundry operations assessment, then speak to the team about the sites you want covered. Start the assessment.
Do we get a dedicated account manager?
Yes. Your account manager covers every site in your group and reviews delivery reliability, quality, stock levels and rejects with you.
How is a hotel group invoiced?
Invoices are raised weekly or monthly, as agreed when your account is set up. For groups, a summary per site sits behind the main invoice, so each hotel’s cost goes to the right place. Invoices are sent by email.
Do we have to buy our own linen?
No. Hired linen stays our property, so there is no stock to buy. Hired items are your responsibility while on your premises, and lost or damaged items are charged at replacement cost.
